Commissioning a piece is a great way to get a personalised unique keepsake for yourself or someone special.
Alan contacted me after seeing a silver spoon ring I had made for a mutual friend. He wanted to buy a special gift for his partner Kirsty’s birthday.
We met and I showed Alan some other samples of my work, we talked about standard pieces that were available and the option of commissioning a one off design. Alan wanted his gift to be distinctive, so we determined the process and agreed on his price range for Kirsty’s special surprise.
On Kirsty’s birthday Alan presented her with a beautiful gift certificate for a commissioned hand made piece of jewellery from The Silver Goose.
It was my absolute pleasure to work with Kirsty to establish her wish list for her exclusive design. She had seen the most amazing gold cuff and showed me a photo. I went to work designing a similar piece in silver, consulting with Kirsty along the way. When the beautiful cuff was finally presented, Kirsty was totally delighted with her unique gift from her partner.
